What it stops
Most phone fraud today starts with a call. The caller talks you into installing an app that lets them see your screen, read your one-time passwords and move your money. Protect24/7 works at exactly that moment.

Protect24/7 cannot block screenshots inside other apps, protect a rooted phone, or promise to catch every piece of advanced spyware. It says so in the app, every time.
How it works
- Install and scan. Protect24/7 lists every app on the phone that can control it or watch it, and gives you a security score.
- Turn the shield on. A local firewall, on the phone itself, drops the connections of known remote-control apps. Nothing leaves the phone.
- Get told at once. Any new app with screen or control powers triggers an alert you cannot miss, even mid-call.
- Keep the footprint. Every attempt is recorded. Export it as a PDF for your bank, your employer or the police.

High-risk mode
For journalists, human rights defenders and environmental activists, the threat is not a scam caller but spyware that hides. High-risk mode tightens every check, watches for the indicators that digital-rights researchers publish, and keeps a tamper-evident log you can share with a trusted organisation.
High-risk mode is a paid feature, unlocked with an access code from Newsoft. Nothing about it phones home.
Hosted in Switzerland
Protect24/7's only server publishes one signed file, the list of risky apps, from Infomaniak in Switzerland under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. The server receives nothing from your phone, keeps download logs for no more than seven days, and holds no accounts for phone owners.
Newsoft remains bound by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
For banks, fintechs and regulators
Newsoft gives your organisation one access code or API key. Open your portal with it, then invite your employees, as many as agreed with Newsoft, each with a personal join code for the app. Your fraud team also gets the signed risk list, the app-check API and the working demo.

Apple does not let one app see or block another, so the iPhone edition offers the health check, the vault and scam guidance. It follows the Android release.
